You wont die if you don't exercise but you will die if you eat the wrong foods...

So we want to make nutrition easy, family friendly and easy to fit into everyones busy lifestyle. What I am suggesting takes away the pressure of calorie counting , measuring and making eating feel difficult.

There are a few selections in each part of the menu plan, if that is food that you don't like- find something in that food group.

We do strongly support the intergration of the Herbalife Products into your menu plan for controlled calories, great taste and cellular nutrition.They are also safe for the whole family.

BREAKFAST

Herbalife Shake- 250-300mls (Water, Soy Milk, Skim Milk, Almond Milk, Juice) Plus 2 Table Spoons Shake Powder You may also add real fruits, frozen fruits, raw cacoa,chia seeds, kale, vegies HERBALIFE TEA

Breakfast has to be PROTEIN

You need proteinto hit your stomach first to activate the enzymes in your gut which promote fat burning If you start the day with Carbohydrates it puts you in storage mode for the day

Morning Tea is an important snack to keep your metabolism moving So make sure to have your Herbalife Tea (and burn 83 calories at the same time)

Now that you have had your PROTEIN- your body is now active and ready to absorb your "GOOD CARBS"

NOW IS THE TIME YOU CAN HAVE YOUR Fruit Any Fruit + Handful Almonds or Cashews

DESERTS

If you are feeling peckish after dinner please REFRAIN FROM SUGARY TREATS- You will go to bed on a tummy full of sugar that will convert to stored fat while you sleep

Protein Bar (heated up on a plate in the microwave for 12 seconds and eaten with a spoon is amazing...
