You wont die if you don't exercise but you will die if you eat the wrong foods...
So we want to make nutrition easy, family friendly and easy to fit into everyones busy lifestyle. What I am suggesting takes away the pressure of calorie counting , measuring and making eating feel difficult.
There are a few selections in each part of the menu plan, if that is food that you don't like- find something in that food group.
We do strongly support the intergration of the Herbalife Products into your menu plan for controlled calories, great taste and cellular nutrition.They are also safe for the whole family.

Skipping Lunch is NOT good.. It will set you up to carb crave and hunger grab at inappropriate foods.
Lunch offers a few varieties but needs a Protein & Carb ensemble.
